  • Ingredients:
  • 2 pcs Chicken Breasts Butterfly and marinade at least 2 hour in milk or cream, can be dairy or non dairy
  • Seasoning on the chicken:
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Bouillon powder
  • Drizzle of Olive oil
  • Flour for coating ingredients;
  • 4 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Bouillon Powder
  • Red pepper flake optional

Instructions

  • Marinade the butterflied Chicken breasts with milk at least 2 hours in the fridge or up to overnight.
  • Pat it dry.
  • Season it with the chicken seasoning. Rub it both side of the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil all around(so the chicken will be moist enough for the flour coating to stick without using the egg wash)
  • Then on a plate, Mix all flour coating seasoning together. and mix well.
  • Coat the chicken on the flour coating on both side, and place the chicken on a rack on top of the baking pan.
  • Don't forget the brush some oil on a rack to prevent from sticking.
  • Spray or drizzle some olive oil on the chicken and bake it in preheated oven at 425F.
  • After 15 minutes of baking, flip the chicken and spray a little of oil and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
