Method
- Chop the parsley very finely.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix well.
- Put in the air tight container, wrap with plastic wrap before closing the lid.
- Store in the fridge up to 3-5 days. It's ready to be your sandwich condiments at any time.
