- The ultimate quick, chemical-free, and resource-efficient dip for any occasion.
- The Flavor Profile
- The Creaminess: We use Organic California Avocados for a buttery, velvet-smooth base that doesn’t require any artificial fillers.
- The Citrus Twist: A unique 50/50 blend of fresh lime and lemon provides a floral brightness that cuts through the rich fats.
- The Freshness: Hand-diced Fresh tomatoe and green onions add a crisp, clean finish to every bite.
- The “Masterpiece” Techniques
- The Scoring Hack: Score your avocado into small cubes while still in the skin. This makes it effortless to mash and ensures a perfect “chunky-smooth” texture.
- The Anti-Soggy Rule: Always remove the seeds and “jelly” from your tomatoes. This prevents the guacamole from becoming watery or “weeping” while it sits.
- Controlled Heat: By removing the ribs and seeds from the jalapeño, you get the vibrant pepper flavor without the overwhelming spice.
- Recipe Customization
- Protein Boost: Serving this as a meal? Top it with grilled shrimp or baked crispy chicken or use as a sauce in your chicken sandwich.
- Vegan Perfection: This recipe is naturally vegan and low-carb. Pair it with cucumber slices or jicama sticks for a high-antioxidant, guilt-free snack.
- The Kick: If you love heat, add a pinch of red chili flakes or finely sliced Thai bird’s-eye chilies to the mash.
- Storage & Serving
- Keep it Green: To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip to eliminate air contact. It stays vibrant for up to 48 hours!
- Pairing: Enjoy this with organic corn chips, or use it as dip for your favorite veggies or chips.
